openCAL app for iPhone and iPad

OpenCAL enables you to open colleague’s calendars and check their availability directly from you iPhone – and invite them to events you create directly from OpenCAL.

You can open the calendars of multiple colleagues at once.

You add calendars by simply searching for colleagues based on name or e-mail address – simple and easy.

With OpenCAL you can:
-View shared calendars in your organization.
-You can open, view and add events to shared calendars from Microsoft Exchange Server.
-Check the schedule of one or more of your colleagues
-Invite your colleagues to meetings at a time you know they are available.

Important:
OpenCAL runs against Microsoft Exchange Web Services and requires these are enabled – they normally will be if you can access Exchange Webmail or check mail on your phone.
This version of OpenCAL has been tested with Microsoft Exchange Server 2010.
